Prices shown on the site are in euros, all taxes included.

ARTICLE 2 – SECURE PAYMENT
- Bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, MAESTRO)
Payment is made by credit card using the Adyen solution. The transaction is completely secure and encrypted using SSL technology. At no time will the customer's credit card number be communicated to us. -
Payment in 2 to 4 instalments free of charge (for France and Belgium) with ALMA

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY
We deliver to all member countries of the European Union. Below is a list of these destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Delivery of orders to France and European Union countries is offered with no minimum purchase. Delivery is made by UPS.
We also deliver to Switzerland and the UK. The delivery charge for orders to Switzerland and the United Kingdom is €35 including VAT. This flat rate is automatically applied at the time of payment. Delivery is free for orders over €100. Delivery is operated by DHL.
We also offer international delivery to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Canada, China, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Jersey, Kuwait, Reunion Island, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Morocco, Martinique, Montenegro, Norway, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates. The delivery charge for international orders is €35 including VAT. This flat rate is automatically applied at the time of payment. Delivery is free for orders over €700. Delivery is operated by DHL.
Except in special cases, all items ordered are available from stock. They can be shipped separately from different warehouses.
The Max & Moi logistics team makes every effort to prepare orders and hand them over to the carrier as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays, and for orders placed before 1pm on Fridays).

ARTICLE 4 – EXCHANGES & RETURNS
4.1. Time limit and terms of the right of withdrawal
MAX&MOI offers the Customer the possibility of returning or exchanging one or more items within 30 days of receipt of the parcel. After this period, the articles cannot be exchanged or reimbursed and the sale will be firm and definitive.
Customised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In order to be returned, the Product must meet the following conditions :
- The Product must be new, in perfect condition and returned with its original label intact,
- The Product must not have been worn, washed or stained,
- The Product must not have been altered,
- In the case of an Ambiance Elixir, the Product must not have been unsealed.
4.2 How to return and exchange an order
From metropolitan France and the European Union (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), return costs are free (within the limit of one return per order), with the exception of returns made during sales Archives.
The cost of returns for Archives sales orders is borne by the customer and will be subject to a flat-rate deduction of €5 from the amount to be reimbursed.
To return one or all items in an order, the customer must notify us of the return on the Site :
- From their customer account, in the “My orders & returns” section, by clicking on “Make a return” and filling in the various details in the form.
- If the Customer does not have a customer account, he/she can access the return request form via the following link https://maxemoi.com/a/return , available in the footer of the Site.
- Once the return request has been registered, the Customer will be able to download the return label, which must be affixed prominently to the top of the parcel. A confirmation email will also be sent
- The Customer must affix the prepaid label to the parcel and drop it off at a UPS drop-off point. The parcel should be sent to the following address :
It is advisable to keep a proof of deposit, which will be indispensable for any request to our Customer Service Department in the event of loss of traceability of the return.
Outside the European zone, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, using the carrier of his choice. The parcel must be sent to the following address :
Customers may request a refund for all or part of the items in their order, or exchange an item for another size, subject to availability.
Items ordered online cannot be exchanged or taken back in store, and must be exchanged on the Site via the online returns request form.
Similarly, only items originating from the Site may be exchanged online. To exchange an item purchased in a boutique, the Customer must visit one of the MAX&MOI boutiques.
4.3. Refund and exchange of returned Products
Refunds are made on receipt of the return in our logistics workshop, within approximately 3 to 10 working days, using the payment method used at the time of purchase. If this means of payment has expired, the Customer must contact Customer Service to change the method of reimbursement.
If delivery charges were paid when the order was placed, these will remain at the customer's expense for all returns, whether partial or complete. MAX&MOI will pay the return shipping costs and reimburse the initial shipping costs only in the case of non-conformity of a delivered item.
In the case of an exchange, as soon as the return has been received and checked by MAX&MOI, a new order will automatically be created with the replacement item. The customer will be notified by email.

ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Max & Moi brand, the images and logos appearing on the site are and will remain the exclusive property of Max & Moi. Any total or partial reproduction, without the express prior consent of Max & Moi, is strictly prohibited pursuant to Articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code and constitutes an infringement and an offence.
