#2 – We Launch Production
At the close of the pre-order, production begins with a slight extra quantity to facilitate exchanges for color, size, or even model. Each piece is crafted with the care and expertise of Maison MAX&MOI.
#3 – Reception and Shipping
Once production starts, the faux fur jackets are ready within 2 to 3 weeks. They are received at our logistics platform, carefully prepared, and shipped within the usual delivery times. Your faux fur piece will arrive at your home in about three weeks, ready to warm your winter outfits.
#4 – Returns and Exchanges
If the size, cut, or color is not suitable, returns are simple, just like any other order placed on our e-shop.
