The creation of your MAX&MOI customer account gives you :

How do I create my online customer account?

To create your account on the maxemoi.com online store, follow the steps below:
On your computer: simply click on the “My account” icon in the top right-hand corner of our home page. Then click on “Create an account”.
On your mobile: simply click on the menu at the top left of your screen, then on “Login” and finally on “Create an account”.

On the login page, enter your email address. If no customer account exists with this email address, you will be asked to fill in all the information required to create an account and choose your password before clicking on “Create my account”.

How can I change my postal address in my customer account?

To change your postal address, log in to your customer account under “My addresses” and click on “Add a new address”.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, go to your customer area and enter your current login and password. Once logged in, click on “My account, my personal information” to reset your password.

For reasons of confidentiality, please note that our teams are unable to change your password for you.

How can I view my order history?

To view your order history, simply log in to your customer account. Then go to the “My orders and returns” section, where you can access all your past orders.

How can I delete my customer account?

In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, inform, port and delete your personal data.

If you wish to delete your MAX&MOI customer account, please send us an e-mail to the following address: support@maxemoi.com. Please note, however, that this action will result in the deletion of your entire order history. This action is irreversible.

How do I manage my Newsletter subscription?

To subscribe to our Newsletter and be among the first to receive information about our new products, events and exclusive offers, or to receive our news by SMS, simply:
- Check the "By e-mail" and/or "By SMS" box when creating your
account - Go to the bottom of our website page and enter your e-mail address.

If you no longer wish to receive our news by SMS and/or Newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all our Newsletters or by sending "STOP" to the number indicated in our SMS messages.

All about the 10% welcome code

To take advantage of our welcome discount, simply subscribe to our Newsletter when the pop-in appears on your screen.
The 10% welcome code is an exclusive offer for new MAX&MOI Newsletter subscribers, valid only on maxemoi.com.
This discount applies to the current new collection as well as to permanent models, but does not apply to our promotional or sale pieces.

To benefit from this discount, simply enter the code when validating your basket. The offer is limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other current promotions.

If your promo code doesn't work, it's probably no longer valid or has already been used.
