How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

As soon as your order is validated, we will send you an order confirmation email to the email address you used when placing your order. This email will include your order number and details of the items ordered.

If you have a MAX&MOI account, you can easily retrieve the status and details of your order from your customer account by going to the “My Orders” section.

How long does it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed by our teams within a few hours of your payment being validated, except for orders placed after 1pm on weekdays, which can only be processed the following morning, or those placed on weekends, which will be processed on Monday.

Please note that lead times may be slightly extended during Archives sales or sales periods due to the large volume of orders to be processed. We know you're looking forward to receiving your MAX&MOI pieces, and thank you in advance for your patience in these exceptional situations!

What should I do if I don't receive my order confirmation email?

If you don't receive an email from us, please check your spam folder first. If this is still not the case, your order has probably not been validated.
Don't worry, you won't be charged and we invite you to place another order.

This may be due to a data entry error, an exceeded credit limit, or a refusal by your bank. We invite you to try again by carefully checking your bank details or by using another means of payment to receive your MAX&MOI pieces.

In any case, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service by e-mail at support@maxemoi.com, who will be able to help you understand what's going on.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will contain the tracking number of your parcel. You will be able to follow the progress of your order directly from the tracking link in this email.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your country of delivery. In the event of delays, we will inform you by email.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Our team will do its utmost to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, it is possible for us to modify or cancel it. In this case, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail as soon as possible, by writing to the following address: support@maxemoi.com

In the event of an error in the entry of your delivery address, we also have the possibility of modifying it.

If your order has already been prepared and dispatched, our teams will no longer be able to cancel it. In order to receive a refund for your order, you will need to follow the standard returns process, by creating a returns request online.

All about the MAX&MOI gift card

Our online E-gift card can be given to the person of your choice. It's a simple and safe way to make someone special happy, even at the last minute!

The E-gift card is valid for 12 months and can only be used online at maxemoi.com. It is not valid in Maxemoi boutiques.

The E-gift card cannot be reimbursed or exchanged for cash. It can be used as a means of payment to settle an order in full or in part, until the balance is used up.

Transactions are debited immediately from the E-Gift Card balance.

If the amount of your purchase exceeds the balance of the E-Gift Card, you will have to pay the remaining amount with an accepted complementary means of payment. The E-Gift Card is non-refundable, but items purchased with it can be exchanged for a credit.

To create your E-gift card:
- Enter the name and email address of the person you wish to give the card to.
- Set the date on which you would like the person to receive the card.
- Choose the amount you wish to credit.
- Add a short personalized message.

You'll receive a confirmation e-mail. The E-card will be sent to the recipient on the chosen date, or can be printed out for hand delivery.

How do I use my discount code or gift card?

At checkout, a dedicated box allows you to enter your discount code or E-gift card number. Once the code has been applied, the corresponding discount or credit will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order. How do MAX&MOI pre-orders work?

MAX&MOI pre-orders allow you to order an item in advance, which has not yet been manufactured, and pay a little less for it.


You pay for your item in the same way as a regular item, but you only receive your order on the date indicated on the product page.

We start production at the end of the pre-order period, producing just the right quantities to avoid overproduction and the risk of unsold items. On average, items are dispatched within 3 to 7 weeks, depending on material and place of manufacture.

Items are produced in limited editions to meet demand, and can be shipped separately from other items in your order.

If the pre-order is for an item customized to your taste, it cannot be returned. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What are the different payment methods?

We accept several methods of payment to facilitate your purchases:

Credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, MAESTRO, APPLE PAY

Payment in several instalments without charge: possibility of paying in 2 to 4 instalments without charge with ALMA (offer valid for France and Belgium)

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, you can pay for your MAX&MOI purchases in two, three or four instalments with ALMA.

At checkout, you can select the option that suits you best. You will then be redirected to a payment page on which you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. Here you'll find a summary of your upcoming installments.

You will then receive a summary email with your payment schedule, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each due date.

Are payments secure on the maxemoi.com website?

Yes, payments on the maxemoi.com website are completely secure, thanks to advanced encryption protocols that guarantee the protection of your banking information. So you can pay online with complete peace of mind.

How can I get an invoice for my order?

Will I have to pay customs duties?

For orders to France and the European Union, the prices on our site include VAT, so you won't have to pay anything else.

For orders to destinations outside the European Union (including the UK since Brexit), all import duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price. These taxes depend on the regulations applied by the governments of each country, and are calculated support@max&moi.com
