MAX&MOI offers you free delivery in France and in Europe with no minimum purchase.

All the articles presented are available in stock.

Delivery is assured within 3 to 5 working days, thanks to UPS or DHL services in Metropolitan France and Europe.

Orders are shipped within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays and for orders placed before 1pm on Fridays) after order confirmation. The delivery is made between 24h/72h working days after the expedition.

In order for these deadlines to be met, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

Delivery times may be longer for deliveries to Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

Preparation and delivery times may be longer during Archived Sales or Sales due to the large and exceptional volume of Orders to be processed.

  • Do you deliver abroad?
We deliver to most of Europe and Switzerland. You will find below the list of these destinations: Austria Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
  • What are the shipping costs ?
Free for France and Europe with no minimum purchase.
  • What are the delivery times ?
The shipping of the order is done between 24h/48h working days (except weekend and holidays) after confirmation of the order. The delivery takes place between 24/72 hours after the shipment.
What happens if I am not at home?
In case of absence of the recipient of the order, 2 attempts will be made. In case of absence, your package will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the delivery notice left in your mailbox.

Your parcel will be kept in the postal contact point for a period of 15 calendar days from the day after the delivery notice was left. At the end of this period, the package will be returned to us and the Order refunded.

In the event that the delay is attributable to you (the delivery address you gave us was not correct, or you did not pick up the parcel within the 15 days allowed), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the parcel.

  • Can I change a delivery address / the content of the delivery

In case that the order has not been picked up by our carrier, you have the possibility to modify the delivery address by making a request to our Customer Service by email at or by phone at +33 9 72 39 99 59.



If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your ordered items, you have a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of your order to change your mind and return all or part of your order free of charge. After this period, the items cannot be exchanged or refunded and the sale will be firm and final.

During the Christmas and New Year period, the time limit for returning your purchases is extended to sixty (60) days.

Time limits and terms of return of the Order

You have a period of 30 days (60 during the holiday season) from the receipt of your order to change your mind and return one or more items. Your refund will be made within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your return in our warehouse.

The return is free for metropolitan France and Europe (1 return maximum per order) with the exception of returns made during the Archives sales.

For Archives Sales, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. They will be deducted from the amount refunded once your return is received in our warehouse and validated:

  • For returns from Metropolitan France and Europe (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom): the return shipping cost is 5€ including VAT.

  • For returns from outside Europe: the return costs are 25€ TTC.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your items to us, please make sure to respect the following conditions of return:

  • The product(s) you wish to return must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with their label and any accessories.

  • Use the UPS return label received with your order.

  • To collect your return, there are several options:

    • 4.a. Drop off the package at a UPS Access Point: there are many UPS Access Point locations (shops, florists, etc.). You can find the nearest one here

    • 4.b. UPS picks up the package at your convenience: you must schedule the pickup on If needed, UPS has a hotline in each country that can assist you.

*For returns outside of Euro Zone, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. MAX&MOI does not provide return labels. We leave it up to you to ship the package to our warehouse at the following address : 







Refund of returned products
Your return will be delivered to us within 3 to 5 working days, and the refund will be made between 3 and 5 working days upon receipt of your return in our warehouse.
Upon refund you will be automatically notified by e-mail of the refund amount.


Orders placed on our website cannot be exchanged online or in stores. You must make a return and place a new order of the part you are interested in, free to wait or not for the refund of your return.

  • How do I make a return?

From the date you receive your package, you have 60 days to change your mind.

You can only return your order using the UPS label you received with your order.

For countries outside of France, return shipping is also free.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 3 and 5 working days after receipt of your return in our warehouse, by bank credit or on your Paypal account (if you have used this payment method)

  • What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

When you receive your package, if the packaging shows significant signs of damage, you can refuse delivery and inform us by contacting MAX&MOI Customer Service (we will immediately contact the carrier)

  • My item has a defect

MAX&MOI is very vigilant concerning the quality of manufacture. If, despite the quality control carried out by our teams and the care that we take in the manufacture of our clothes, a defect is present, we invite you to contact MAX&MOI Customer Service to return the defective product to us free of charge. The return shipping costs are at our charge. An exchange for an identical product, or a refund of your order can be made.
