We know you're anxious to receive your MAX&MOI pieces,
and we invite you to read our FAQs for useful information and answers to your
questions about parcel delivery.

What are the delivery methods and costs ?

- We offer free delivery to mainland France (including Corsica), Switzerland
and the United Kingdom, as well as to all European Union countries,
with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery to all these countries is handled by UPS.

- For orders in Switzerland and the UK, delivery is free for orders over €100. Below this amount, delivery charges are €35 incl. VAT.

Delivery is operated by DHL Express.

- For international orders, delivery is free for orders over €700. Below this amount, delivery charges are €35 incl. VAT.

Delivery is operated by DHL Express.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine and the
USA. We hope to be able to ship to the USA again in the near future.

Except in special cases, all items ordered are available from stock. They can be shipped separately from different
warehouses.

What countries do you deliver to ?

We deliver to all member countries of the European Union, as well as to
Switzerland and the UK. These destinations are listed below:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

We also offer international delivery to the following countries : Andorra,
Australia, Canada, China, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland,
Israel, Jersey, Kuwait, Reunion, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Morocco, Martinique,
Montenegro, Norway, United Arab Emirates.

What are the delivery times ?

Once your order has been validated, our logistics department will do its utmost to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier as quickly as possible. On average, orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays, and for orders placed before 1pm on
Fridays).

Delivery times vary according to the carrier and the country of delivery.

Please note: during Archives sales, Sales periods or Christmas and New Year holidays, given the large and exceptional volume of orders to be processed, preparation and delivery times may be extended.

What are the delivery times for pre-orders ?

Delivery times for pre-orders are longer and vary according to the volume
of pieces on pre-order and the time needed for production.

Made with particular attention to cut and finish, our pre-order models are
available within three to six weeks, and within 10 or 15 days for
Made in France pieces.

An estimated delivery time is systematically indicated on the product sheet
at the time of purchase of pre-order items.

How can I track the delivery of my order ?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking link.

You can also use your tracking number to check the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

How can I make delivery easier?

To facilitate the delivery of your order and enable you to enjoy your MAX&MOI pieces as soon as possible, we invite you to check the accuracy of the information provided concerning the delivery address (such as street, building and staircase numbers, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, telephone numbers, etc.).

How can I track the delivery of my order ?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking link.

You can also use your tracking number to check the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change my delivery address ?

If the order has not yet been picked up by our carrier, you can change the delivery address by contacting our Customer Service department by e-mail at support@maxemoi.com.

Can I have my order delivered to a MAX&MOI boutique?

In exceptional cases, you can have your order delivered to a MAX&MOI boutique by indicating your first and last name in addition to the boutique's contact details.

Please contact our Customer Service department after placing your order, so that we can inform the boutique to which you would like your order to be delivered and ensure that your items are received.

What should I do if my parcel has been returned to sender?

Your parcel may be returned to us for the following reasons: incomplete or erroneous delivery address, absence of the recipient at the time of the deliveryman's various presentations, failure to claim the parcel within the allotted time...

Once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse, we may, at your request and subject to confirmation :

  • proceed with a new shipment after verification of your delivery address.
  • refund your order.

Refund your order. If you are responsible for exceeding the time limit (the delivery address you gave us was not correct, or you did not collect the parcel within the 15 day time limit), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the parcel.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.

As a first step, we invite you to double-check your shipment tracking and, if delivery is confirmed, to check with your janitor or neighbors. They may have received your parcel for you.

If you have not received your parcel by the end of the day, please contact our Customer Service department so that our teams can contact the carrier concerned.
