SHIPPING

Shipping is free within mainland France and to all European Union countries, with no minimum purchase required.


Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, and the USA. We hope to be serving the USA again in the near future.

Unless otherwise stated, all items ordered are available in stock. They can be shipped separately from different warehouses.

Our logistics team will do their best to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays, and for orders placed before 1 p.m. on Fridays).

Then, the shipping times and costs depend on the delivery mode and zone chosen.

Please note: Preparation and delivery times may be extended during Archives Sales, Sales periods or holiday periods due to the large and exceptional volume of Orders to be processed.


  •  Free shipping in mainland France

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is guaranteed within 1 to 3 working days, with UPS services.


In order for these delivery times to be respected, the Customer must ensure that the information provided concerning the delivery address is accurate and complete (e.g. street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).

  • Free shipping to the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is guaranteed within 3 to 5 working days, with DHL Express services.

We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all European countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, which means we assume all import duties and taxes that may apply.

  • International shipping

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the average delivery time is 8 to 14 working days.

Delivery to international destinations costs €35 incl. VAT. This flat-rate amount is automatically applied at the time of payment.

Orders delivered internationally are subject to customs duties and taxes, paid by MAX&MOI. These customs formalities may, however, cause delays to the estimated delivery date.

  • Do you deliver overseas?

We deliver to all member countries of the European Union as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Below is a list of these destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.


We also offer international delivery to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Canada, China, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Jersey, Kuwait, Reunion Island, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Morocco, Martinique, Montenegro, Norway, United Arab Emirates.

  • What are the shipping costs?

Free for metropolitan France, the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase.
For international orders, €35 incl. VAT.

  • How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched (processing and preparation time) within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays, and for orders placed before 1 p.m. on Fridays).


Once handed over to the carrier, your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days in France, 3 to 5 working days in the European Union and up to 14 working days in the rest of the world.

  • What happens if I’m not available?

If the order recipient is not available, 2 attempts will be made. If you are unavailable the second time, your parcel will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the delivery notice left in your letterbox.

Your parcel will be held at the postal contact point for a period of 15 calendar days from the day after the delivery notice is left. Once this period has expired, the parcel will be returned to us and the Order refunded.

If you are responsible for exceeding the delivery time (the delivery address you gave us was not correct, or you did not pick up the parcel within 15 days), the costs of resending the parcel will be at your expense.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

If the order has not been picked up by our carrier, you may change the delivery address by contacting our Customer Service department by e-mail at support@maxemoi.com.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with the items ordered from our e-shop, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in perfect condition, new, unworn, unwashed and with their original label.

After this period, the items cannot be exchanged or refunded and the sale shall be considered final and binding.

Once your parcel has been received in our logistics department, your return will be processed within 3 to 10 business days and your refund will be processed. As soon as the refund is validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The length of time it takes to receive a credit is then determined by your bank and the payment method you used to make your purchase.


How to return the order


From metropolitan France and the European Union (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), returns are free (with the exception of returns made during Archives sales).


To return your item:

  • Use the UPS prepaid return label received with your order
  • Place your items and your delivery note in the MAX&MOI box, making sure to protect your items.
  • There are several options for collecting your return:
    • Drop off your package at a UPS access point: there are a large number of UPS access points (shops, florists, etc.). You can find your nearest location here
    • Schedule your UPS pickup at ups.com. If necessary, UPS has a hotline in each country to assist you.



From overseas, you are responsible for return shipping costs using the carrier of your choice. MAX&MOI does not provide return labels. You may return your order to us at the following address:

For Archives sales orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • From metropolitan France and the European Union, a flat-rate fee of €5 (incl. VAT) will be deducted from the amount refunded once your return has been received and processed in our logistics workshop.
  • From overseas, returns are at your expense with the carrier of your choice.
Please note: During the holiday season, the return period is extended to 60 days.


Refunds on returned products

Returns generally take between 2 and 5 business days to reach us. Refunds are then processed within 3 to 10 business days of receipt of your parcel in our logistics workshop.
You will be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Upon refund, you will automatically be notified by e-mail of the refund amount.

  • Are shipping costs refunded?
Delivery is free in mainland France and Europe.
For international orders, if you return your order in full, MAX&MOI will also reimburse the initial delivery costs. If you return only part of your order, the initial delivery charge will not be refunded.


  • What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
When you receive your parcel, if the packaging shows signs of significant damage, you can refuse delivery and inform us by e-mail, giving your order number and a brief description of the damage. You may also include photos so that we can better assist you. To do so, write to support@maxemoi.com


  • My item is defective
The House of MAX&MOI is very vigilant about the quality of its workmanship and the attention paid to finishes and materials. If, despite the quality control performed by our teams and the care we take in manufacturing our garments, a defect is present, please contact MAX&MOI Customer Service to return the defective product free of charge. Return shipping costs are at our expense. An exchange for an identical item or a refund of your order may be made.


  • I received a different item from the one I ordered.

If you have received an item that does not correspond to your order, please send one or two photos of the item to the following address: support@maxemoi.com.


  • Can I return a pre-ordered item?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a pre-ordered item. Returns within France and Europe are free of charge.


Exchanges


Items ordered from our e-shop cannot be exchanged online or in-store. However, you may return your item for a refund, and place a new order for the item you want.

Delivery charges are refunded if the order is returned in full.
